Skuld also actively encourages external stakeholders to raise concerns or report any possible or actual instances of unethical, illegal, or unsound behaviour or activities associated with Skuld's or our suppliers and partners operations and activities.
External stakeholders are encouraged to reach out directly to compliance@skuld.com. If you are uncomfortable using this channel or want to remain anonymous, the concern can be reported to Skuld's Ethics Reporting Channel, which is hosted by the third party provider, SANDS. The Ethics Reporting Channel is open for all external stakeholders through this portal.
You can report any concern including possible or actual instances of unethical, illegal, or unsound behaviour or activities on part of Skuld or our suppliers and partners such as:
- Modern slavery or violations of human rights and decent working conditions
- Safety or security hazards including dangers to life and death
- Harassment or discrimination
- A danger to climate and the environment or violations of environmental regulations
- Money laundering, terrorism financing or other economic crime including fraud
- Corruption, bribes or kickbacks including inappropriate gifts or hospitality
- Tax evasion and false financial reporting or fraudulent accounting
- Abuse of company funds and fictious invoicing
- Conflicts of interest and insider trading
- Breaches of confidentiality
- Violations of competition laws
