Liability cover for Mobile Offshore Units (MOUs), that are not covered by standard Offshore P&I, such as drilling rigs (jack ups, semi submersibles, drill ships), accommodation units, FPSOs. Our MOU Cover is a separate facility specifically designed to protect your interests.

Skuld Defence cover, also known as FD&D (Freight, Demurrage & Defence), provides members and assureds with access to comprehensive legal assistance and professional advice from Skuld's lawyers in shipping disputes included in the cover (non-P&I matters). This cover is available to shipowners and charterers.

Such covers include cover for Extended Contractual Liability (ECL), Specialist Operations, Subsea Activities, Towage Cover, Professional Salvor Cover, Pollution caused by blow out.

Skuld is a leading provider of H&M and physical damage cover to mobile offshore units and fixed installations as well as associated offshore infrastructure in combination with P&I or on standalone basis.

Skuld offers both ROW and S&L cover in addition to physical damage cover, which allows clients to recover costs involved with wreck removal and the reasonable costs incurred by the client to minimise or avert a loss.

Skuld offers OEE cover to clients to indemnify them for the costs incurred in regaining control of a well after a blowout. The cover can extend to include pollution clean-up and redrilling costs.

Skuld offers both LOH and LOPI cover which indemnifies clients for any loss of income incurred as a direct result of an incident insured under their H&M / physical damage policy.
