The Association have been informed by local correspondents in Argentina, Pandi Liquidadores S.R.L., that the local Maritime Workers Union (SOMU) have issued a formal warning advising that they will not allow the entrance of any vessel to the port of Ingeniero White (Bahia Blanca) registered under the flagstates listed below, that do not carry onboard a valid ITF certificate. The Union also requests to receive in advance a copy of the certificate.

The correspondent informs that they have spoken with the local ITF representatives in Argentina in order to obtain further information.
